Booking Fee
All deposits are non refundable, we take a deposit to secure your date therefore turning other potential customers away and safe guarding your date , so regardless of when you cancel before your date no refunds of deposits will be given.
Consultation period will normally take place 90 days from your wedding date, however if you are ready to discuss options ahead of this you can always contact us as we are always ready to talk wedding flowers!
Quotation & Payment
A quotation for the cost of your wedding flowers will be sent to you after your free consultation. You are free to make changes to your order up until 7 weeks before the wedding day. You will receive a final invoice approximately 4 weeks before your wedding. Payment is accepted by bank transfer. Payment in full is required at least 4 weeks before your wedding day. If payment is not received, flowers will not be ordered.
Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your wedding we need this verified in writing.
Postponing your wedding or event needs to be in writing , we are happy to postpone your date and transfer your deposit over only if the date is still available with us and we can do it , if not you will forfeit your deposit.
Cancellations within 2 months of your wedding date or event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 2 weeks before your wedding or event will be requested to pay in full as flowers will have already been ordered and must be paid for.
Large cancellations of part of your order 2 months or less before your date will incur a 50% cancellation fee .
This incurs if what you have ordered has been halved not if a couple of table centres or buttonholes are cancelled.
Postponement or Cancellation due to Corona Virus
We value the health and welfare of our clients and this is our policy regarding a postponement or cancellation due to Corona Virus. If you are postponing your wedding, please check availability with us, as your booking fee is non refundable if we already have a booking for your new date. If we are available, your booking fee will be transferred to your new date. Please bear in mind that availability of certain flower varieties will change from season to season. If the postponement/cancellation is prior to ordering your wedding flowers, We will be happy to use your booking fee for a future date. If your flowers have been ordered, received, processed and/or designed, you will be financially responsible for the flowers and all labour provided. The remaining balance can be applied to a future date. At no point can Vintage Violet Florist refund any or all of the payment received.
Additional information
We always endeavour to purchase the flowers you have requested for your wedding or event. However due to weather, shipment, airfreight or other circumstances beyond our control this may not always be possible, in these circumstances a substitute will be provided as close as possible to your original choice.
As a customer you have access to read our terms and conditions on our website and enter your agreement into us arranging your wedding or event having done this.
